Rented the Kia Sportage for a 6-day coastal road trip with my partner and two young kids. The rear seat easily fit both car seats with room to spare, and the cargo area swallowed luggage, coolers, and beach gear without a tetris session. Apple CarPlay connected instantly, and adaptive cruise control + lane centering made 200+ miles of highway driving genuinely relaxing. Averaged ~31 mpg combined on regular fuel, and the ride stayed composed on uneven backroads. Pickup and drop-off were quick, interior was freshly cleaned, and fuel tank was exactly as promised. Zero complaints. Will request this model again.
